1. Reference:  Letter from Zedrick Avecilla, Executive Director, Subic Sailing Club dated 19 February 2018. 

2. The Subic Sailing Cup, home of the Saturday Afternoon Gentleman Sailing (SAGS) organized the Subic Bay Cup Regatta (SBCR) which will be held on 27 February 2018 at vicinity Subic Bay area only. Said activity will be participated by participants locally and internationally.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

2. The Subic Sailing Cup, home of the Saturday Afternoon Gentleman Sailing (SAGS) organized the Subic Bay Cup around Verde Island Passage Race (SBVIPR) on 24 February 2018. The SBVIPR is a 200 – mile race and will start from Subic Bay down to Verde Island passage around the island back to Subic Bay. Said activity will be participated by participants locally and internationally.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Virgilio C. Castillo, Project Director of RMC – 1 (B) UPMO dated February 06, 2018.

2.  A geotechnical survey/investigation will deploy drilling equipment in the Pasig River for the proposed Binondo-Intramuros Bridge, City of Manila and Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge (Boundary of Makati and Mandaluyong Cities). Said operation will commence on February 08,  2018 at the first bridge site in Manila, while the schedule in Mandaluyong/Makati bridge site will start by second week of February 2018 bounded by the following coordinates:

14° 35’43.90” North 120° 58’34.50”East
14° 35’43.24” North 120° 58’24.48”East

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the abovementioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times. Further, all ships/watercrafts are advised to slow down when transiting at the abovementioned areas.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

1. Reference: Message from Commander Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon dated 14 February 2018.

2. LS HPCG WHARF located at HPCG WHARF, South harbor, Port Area Manila, or at Lat 14 degs 34 mins 57 secs North, Long 120 degs 58 mins 18 secs East was restored to NORMAL OPERATION since February 13, 2018 with light characteristics of FLASHING WHITE EVERY TEN (10) SECS..

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
