1. Reference: Letter of Instruction Nr. 0518-015
   (PCG Participation to the 120th Philippine Independence Day Celebration 2018)
2. In celebration of the 120th Philippine Independence Day Celebration 2018, all vessels are advised to participate in the Blowing of Ship’s Horn for two (2) minutes at exactly 8AM on June 12, 2018.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting or within the Philippine waters are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

2. The EGS ASIA LTD. thru RV NORTHERN ENDEAVOR will conduct cable route survey in Daet, Camarines Norte. The JUPITER CABLE System (JUPITER) is a Trans-Pacific undersea fiber-optic telecommunications cable that link United States, Japan and Philippines. The landing point in the Philippines is the PLDT Landing station in Daet, Camarines Norte. A marine survey will be carried out prior to cable installation. The route survey of the said cable system will be carried out by EGS (Asia) Ltd. as a survey contractor appointed by Tyco Electronics Subsea Communication LLC (TE SUBcom).Said cable route survey will start from 04 June to 21 June 2018, bounded by the following coordinates:
