2. This pertains to Commemoration of the 120th Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Philippine Independence Day. One of the activities for the celebration of the 120th Philippine Independence Day is the conduct of an Opener Pass of three (3) FA-50PH aircraft and the flyby of Ten (10) SF-260 and Nine (9) T-41 aircraft at Quirino Grandstand, Manila. The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) will enforce a  “No Sailing Zone” for all seaplanes at Manila Bay on 11 and 12 June 2018 from 1500H to 1600H during the conduct of aforementioned activity.

The landing point in the Philippines is the PLDT Landing station in Daet, Camarines Norte. A marine survey will be carried out prior to cable installation. The route survey of the said cable system will be carried out by EGS (Asia) Ltd. as a survey contractor appointed by Tyco Electronics Subsea Communication LLC (TE SUBcom).
