Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1.          Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog.

2.            LS PISNGI located Pisngi, Lucena City or at Latitude 13 degs 53 mins 45 secs North, Longitude 121 degs 36 mins 00 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every 5 seconds REPORTED OPERATING since August 29, 2018.

3.     In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4.      The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
