2. The Philippine Coast Guard will hold its 117th Founding Anniversary Celebrations on 25 October 2018 at its National Headquarters, Pier 15, South Harbor, Manila. To ensure the security and success of said event, the following areas are declared NO SAIL ZONE on 25 0100H-2359H October 2018.

2. Ben Line Agencies Philippines Inc. are appointed agents for the vessel CS “KDDI PACIFIC LINK”, owned by KOKUSAI CABLE SHIP CO. LTD. and operated by DNEX TELCO SERVICES SDN.BHD. and PT BINA NUSANTARA PERKASA. Said vessel will undertake underwater cable repair, testing and laying operations in the waters of Davao Gulf, beginning on the 12th of October 2018 and will last approximately 5-7 days beginning its arrival on the repair site bounded by the following coordinates:
