Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Capt. Proscoro Erwin A. Mundo PN (Ret), PhD, Master Development Planner Pasay Harbor City Consortium dated 14 January 2020.
2. Geo-technical investigation works for the proposed 260-hectare reclamation project within the municipal waters of Pasay City, duly conducted by Ulticon Builders, Inc. is thereof extended until 31 July 2020 on maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
