Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message Cite CG3-1120-013 dated 09 November 2020.

2. This is in connection with the projected path of tropical depression "TONYO" (ULYSSES) which will possibly intensify into a typhoon, will affect and head towards Bicol, Quezon, Metro Manila and Central Luzon Area and is likely to landfall on 11 November 2020.

3. All ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas that will be affected by the latest weather disturbance are advise to find safe areas to shelter and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.

1. Reference: Letter from Ms. Ellen T Balunsat, President, Silverquest Mining Resources, Inc. dated 04 November 2020.

2. The Silverquest Mining Resources, Inc. will conduct underwater survey methodology which involves exploratory drilling ad environmental baseline study within the Municipality waters of Ternate and Naic, Province of Cavite 15 November 2020u until 30 April 2021 in maritime areas indicated below:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
