Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message Cite CG3-1120-016 dated 11 November 2020.

2. Amendment of approved NOTAM number 160-2020 dated 11 November 2020, tropical depression "TONYO" (ULYSSES) to read as typhoon "ULYSSESS" (VAMCO) will affect and head towards Bicol, Quezon, Metro Manila and Central Luzon Area and is likely to landfall on 11 November 2020.

3. All ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas that will be affected by the latest weather disturbance are advise to find safe areas to shelter and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
