Above reference pertains to the Testimonial Honors with Fleet Review, that will be rendered Testimonial Honors with Fleet Review for CG ADMIRAL GEORGE V URSABIA JR will be retiring compulsorily in the PCG Service on 08 September 2021. As a matter of PCG custom and distribution, and in recognition of his valuable contributions and accomplishments in his 37 years of excellent public service. As part of the program, a PCG Fleet Rehearsal on 25 Aug 2021, 06 Sept 21 and the actual date on 08 Sept 2021 bounded by the following coordinates:
