1. Reference: Philippine Navy Radio Message Cite NOCB-0721-029 dated 07 July 2021
2. The Commander, Philippine Fleet is requesting clearance to conduct 3rd quarter test firing of Naval guns of the following navy vessel JIBE during exercises 2021 on date and maritime areas indicated below:
