Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon dated 01 December 2021 

2. The LS NORTH HARBOR ENTRANCE located at North Entrance, North Harbor Manila or at Lat 14° 37’ 31” N, Long 120° 56’ 30” E with light characteristics of Flashing Red every 5 seconds is NOT OPERATING as of 20 October 2021.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.
