2. The WEST CARDINAL MARK BUOY NR 10 located at Puerto Princesa City, Palawan or at Lat 09° 44’ 17.86” N, Long 118° 43’ 26.05” E with light characteristics of Flashing White VQ (9) every 10 seconds is NOT OPERATING as of 26 December 2021.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is highly requested.

3. The LATERAL PORT HAND MARK BUOY NR 5 located at Puerto Princesa City, Palawan or at Lat 09° 42’ 48.46” N, Long 118° 44’ 27.32” E with light characteristics of flashing 2 green every 5 seconds was DRIFTED and found at Barangay Mangingisda, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
