Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Mr. Michael P. Borja, Operations Manager, Shipping Services

2. ASL FALCON is a 3200 HP Towing Tug schedule to arrive Manila Port on or around 19 June 2021 will conduct towing of floating hose and to detach said floating hose to be use on the SMAI Project.

·         Towing 3 strings of 250m Floating Hose

3. The said floating hose will be utilized for auxiliary support for the necessary dredging and land development activities for the long-term Manila International Airport Project in Manila Bay, one of the priority projects of the Philippine Government which is part of the Build-Build-Build Program of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s administration under Republic Act 11506 or An Act Granting San Miguel Aerocity Inc. a Francise to Construct, Develop, Establish, Operate and Maintain a Domestic and International Airport in the Municipality of Bulakan, Province of Bulacan, and to Construct, Develop, Establish, Operate and Maintain an Adjacent Airport City. Said floating hose will be assisted by 2-3 AMARR MARINE INC Tugboats as guard and warning vessels from Manila Bay entrance to the detaching site bounded by the following coordinates:

Longitude:     120.854º E

4. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the above-mentioned areas on the said dates are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.
