2. The Cargo Ship “SOUTHERN OCEAN” owned by the BW MARINE (NL) B.V and chartered by SAN MIGUEL AEROCITY INC. (SMAI) will conduct dredging operation at Manila Bay prior to the New Manila Airport Project. The vessel will schedule to arrive on 03 June 2021 and the projects estimated duration is 6 months bounded by the following coordinates:

2. Per above reference, the Teragrail Geology and Geotechnics (registered under business name CCFA Drilling & Construction Services), have been awarded by Cargon Mining Corporation to conduct Geotechnical Investigation and Evaluation Services for the PHCC-PPA Navigational Sea Lane in Manila Bay, Pasay City using Mtug “Phil Tarlac”, Barge “Kanduli”, Barge “KENRAM-401” and Mtug “SKAT” The estimated duration of the project will be a maximum of six (6) months and will commence by June 30, 2021 bounded by the following coordinates:
