Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Ms Ellen T Balunsat, President, Silverquest Mining Resource, Inc. dated 13 January 2022

2. The Siverquest Mining Resource, Inc. will used additional Mtug “CRISANTA”, Mtug “MARIVELES” and Barge “SY 607” covers by approved NOTAM number 001-2022 issued on 06 January 2022 to conduct exploration drilling within the Municipal Waters of Ternate, Province of cavite  from 01 January 2022 until 31 May 2022.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above-mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
