2. The San Miguel Aerocity Inc., appointed contractor, Boskalis Philippines Inc. requesting for the extension of the validity of approved NOTAM 193-2021, NOTAM 332-2021 and NOTAM 392-2021. Said NOTAMs pertain to the Environmental Monitoring Buoys currently installed in Manila Bay, specifically in the municipal waters of Bulacan and Cavite for the Manila International Airport Project of the Government. These buoys need to be deployed until the end of December 2024 or until the end of the Land Development works bounded by the following coordinates:
