2. O-SHM 10 RED BOUY located at Port of Ozamis or at latitude 08 degrees 08 minutes 28.73 seconds North with longitude 123 degrees 51 minutes 32.85 seconds East  with light characteristic of flashing two (2) red every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of April 12, 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

2. RED LIGHTED BUOY  located at vicinity waters of Tandayag, Amlan Negros Oriental or at latitude 09 degrees 26 minutes 47.77 seconds North with longitude 123 degrees 14 minutes 20.51 seconds East  REPORTED MISSING as of 21 April 2019. 

3. In this connection, all ships/water crafts transiting vicinity of above mentioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Northeastern Luzon.

2. LS YAMI located at Yami Island, Basco Batanes or at latitude 21 degrees 07 minutes 03.8 seconds North and with longitude 121 degrees 56 minutes 50.8 seconds East  with light characteristic of flashing white every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 18 April 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message Commander, Maritime Safety Service Command dated 21 April 2019.

2.  LS DIVINUBO located Borongan Eastern Samar or at Latitude 11 degs 35 mins 56 secs North, Longitude 125 degs 30 mins 10 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every five (5) seconds, REPORTED OPERATING since April 15 2019.

3. LS BALANGIGA located Brgy San Miguel, Balangiga, Eastern Samar or at Latitude 11 degs 06 mins 12 secs North, Longitude 125 degs 22 mins 06 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every ten (10) seconds, REPORTED OPERATING since April 15 2019.

4. LS SAN JUANICO 2 located under San Juanico Bridge tacloban City, Leyte or at Latitude 11 degs 18 mins 05 secs North, Longitude 124 degs 58 mins 07 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White Every three (3) seconds, REPORTED OPERATING since April 15 2019.

5. LS DIVINUBO, LS BALANGIGA, LS SAN JUANICO 2 status reported from NOT OPERATING TO OPERATING effective as of April 15 2019.

6. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.
