1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas.

2. LS SAN JUANICO 2 located under San Juanico Bridge Tacloban City, Leyte or at latitude 11 degrees 18 minutes 05 seconds North and with longitude 124 degrees 58 minutes 07 seconds East  with light characteristic of flashing red every three (3) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 15 April 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/water crafts transiting vicinity of above mentioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

Per above reference, Light Station (LS) Talikod with characteristics of flashing white lights every five (5) seconds and coordinates of Latitude 06 degrees 54 minutes 33 seconds North and Longitude 125 degrees 35 minutes 37 seconds East located at Talikod Island, Davao del Norte is OPERATING. LS Hill 450 with characteristics of flashing red lights every five (5) seconds and coordinates of Latitude 06 degrees 36 minutes 16 seconds North and Longitude 125 degrees 23 minutes 54 seconds East located at Malalag , Davao Del Sur is OPERATING. LS Colapsin with characteristics of flashing red lights every five (5) seconds and coordinates of Latitude 06 degrees 37 minutes 30 seconds North and Longitude 125 degrees 08 minutes 40 East located at Santa Maria, Davao Del Sur is OPERATING.

Per above reference, Avalar Minning Corporation requested for the extension of Notice to All Mariners (NOTAM) No. 034-2019 issued last 20 February 2019 regarding the on-going initial geotechnical drilling for marine sediment exploration study in western offshore area of Cavite City, Cavite from 15 April to15 May 2019.
