Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Acting Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 26 July 2019.

2. LS OZAMIS located at vicinity waters of Cotta, Ozamis City Misamis Occidental or at Latitude 08°19’00’’ North Longitude 123°00’00” East with light characteristic of flashing two (2) red light every ten (10) seconds REPORTED NOT OPERATING as of 19 July 2019. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting of above mentioned are advise to take note of information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
