Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Unit – Western Visayas dated 29 July 2019.

2. LS SINAPSAPAN located at Jordan, Guimaras or at Latitude 10°35’20’’ North Longitude 122°30’45’’ East with light characteristic of flashing white light every ten (10) seconds REPORTED NOT OPERATING as of 21 July 2019. 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting of above mentioned are advise to take note of information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
