Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Ruth F. Musa, Compliance Officer – Maritime Agency Services and Offshore, Ben Line Agencies Philippines Incorporation dated 06 December 2019.

2. Per reference, issued NOTAM 325–2019 dated 22 November 2019 for Cable Ship “NUSANTARA EXPLORER” that conducting a cable repair for Southeast Asia-United States Cable System West (SEA-US WEST) marine maintenance at vicinity waters of Davao City. The said will extend up to 20 December 2019 on the maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates: 

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
