Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region – Central Luzon dated 11 December 2019.

2. Per above reference, the Field Maintenance Installation Team of MMSU NCR-CL together with three (3) Aids to Navigation Service (ANS) personnel conducted installation of nineteen (19) Navigational Buoys at Vicinity waters of Masinloc Power Partners Corporation Ltd. (MPPCL), in relation to Espson Trading Project, last 05 November 2019.
