1. Reference: Philippine Navy Message Cite NOCB-1219-063 dated 06 December 2019.

2. Per reference, issued approved NOTAM 319-2019 amendment  for Philippine Navy vessel PS31 on the date of conduct test firing of her naval guns on maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on the above mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of the information and take precautionary  measures at all times.
