Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command.

2. Above reference pertains to successful conduct of repair and installation of new ATON equipment LS Amlan located at Tandayag Amlan Negros Oriental or at latitude 09 degrees 27 minutes 56 seconds North with longitude 123 degrees 13 minutes 40 seconds East, LS Dumaguete located at Port of Dumaguete, Dumaguete City or at latitude 09 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds North with longitude 123 degrees 18 minutes 30 seconds East, and LS Cansilan located at Barangay Nagbualao Basay, Negros Oriental or at latitude 09 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds North with longitude 122 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East from NOT OPERATING to OPERATING as of 09 February 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
