Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard Northeastern Luzon.

2. LS PALANAN located at Barangay San Isidro, Palanan Isabela or at Latitude 17 degs 08 mins 30 secs North Longitude 122 degs 30 mins 2 secs East with light characteristic of Flashing White every 5 seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 17 February 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
