Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon.

2. Per above reference, Rasa Surveying and Reality in partnership with Angel Lazaro and International Consulting Engineers and Architects will conduct series of study on seismic retrofitting of Nagtahan/Mabini Bridge. This will include mobilization and modernization of scaffolding and terrestrial laser scanning on the dates and areas indicated:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting the vicinity of the above mentioned areas are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.  

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
