Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Radio Message from Acting Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon.
2. Above reference pertains to the security preparation for the upcoming celebration of FEAST OF THE BLACK NAZARENE 2019, PCG will conduct maritime safety and security operations and will deploy floating assets of PCG, PNP Maritime Group, Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC), and PCG Auxiliary district NCR-CL at vinicity waters off Jones bridge and MC Arthur bridge or at areas bounded by the following coordinates to ensure the safety and security and security of the devotees and participants on 08-10 January 2019. Further, NO-SAIL-ZONE POLICY will be implemented during the abovementioned activity:
