Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Message from Commander, Coast Guard District North Western Luzon dated 31 May 2019.

2. LS CAPE BOLINAO located at Patar, Bolinao Pangasinan or at Latitude 16° 18.32’ North Longitude 119° 47.05’ East with light characteristic of flashing 2 white every Ten (10) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 29 May 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
