Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Letter from Wilson B. Villanueva, Director-Commercial Manager EGS Asia Incorporation.

2. EGS Asia Incorporation a registered Philippine survey company, has been contracted by Panay Energy Development Corporation to conduct a full bathymetric survey and buoy positioning at Sinapsapan Channel (Dredge Area) Iloilo Strait South Channel, Muruboan, Guimaras. Said survey scheduled 06 June 2019 to 15 July 2019 using inshore survey boat KEZIAH 2 with following coordinates:

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
