1. Reference: Letter from Arnel B Quibael, Assistant Operations Manager-Port Agency Services of Ben Line Agencies Philippines Incorporation dated 11 June 2019.
2. Ben Line Agencies Philippines Incorporation is an agent for Dredger vessel “CONGO RIVER” owned by Dreging International NV. Said vessel will arrive on 19 June 2019 and schedule to conduct Dreging Project of soil at South Harbor fairway from Pier 13 to Pier 15 with a duration of 2 months on date and maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:
