Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:

1. Reference: Rad Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 14 June 2019.

2. LS PORO PINGITlocated at Masingal, Ilocos Sur or at Latitude17°41’24’’ North Longitude 120°21’12”Eastwith light characteristic of flashing one (1) white every ten (10) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 10 June 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of above-mentioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
