1. Reference: Message from Commander, Maritime Safety Services Command dated 04 June 2019.

2. LPM MIN BUOY 3 at Latitude 10°13’31.38’’ North Longitude 123°48’10.60’’ East with light characteristic of flashing 2 Red every five (5) seconds and LPM MIN BUOY 6 at Latitude 10°13’20.1’’ North Longitude 123°48’8.28’’ East with light characteristic of flashing 2 Red every five (5) seconds REPORTED OPERATING as of 03 June 2019.

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting vicinity of abovementioned areas and said dates are advised to take note of information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.

Said vessel has arrived last 27 May 2019 and was scheduled to conduct underwater cable repair in waters of San Jose Occidental Mindoro with following coordinates:
