(PCG Participation to the 121th Philippine Independence Day Celebration 2019)
2. In celebration of the 121th Philippine Independence Day Celebration 2019, all vessels are advised to participate in the Blowing of Ship’s Horn for two (2) minutes at exactly 8AM on June 12, 2019.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting or within the Philippine waters are advised to take note of the information and take necessary precautionary measures at all times.

1. Reference: Message Form from Coast Guard District Palawan, originator number PAL8-0619-001 dated 05 June 2019.
2. Per above reference, on or about 031700H June 2019, CCGS Tubbataha received a radio call from Mr. Zack Riskin 26 year old, Filipino, a dive master of M/Y Palau Sport seeking assistance to locate his diver guest named Bryan Nazareno 43 year old at latitude 08°50’77’’N, longitude 119°82’5008’’E or at vicinity waters off Amos Rock/Red Buoy, Tubbataha Reef, Cagayancillo, Palawan. After a several minutes some of their guest noticed that Mr. Nazareno was missing. Thereafter, Mr. Riskin Conducted search and rescue diving at the said area to locate the said missing person but yielded negative result.
