1. Reference: Letter from Engr. Jan-Michael Vincent B. Taylo, Assistant Project Manager of MJAS Zenith Geomapping and Surveying Services dated 23 October 2019.
2. Above reference pertains to NOTAM No. 280-2019 replacing MBCA Catherine Grace 1 by MV Gemini 2 for inshore survey operation and still MV Northern Ice for offshore survey operation to conduct Desktop Study, Marine Survey and Engineering Feasibility Study for the proposed submarine power cable project to provide connectivity at Cebu-Buhol, Laray-Cordova, Bataan-Pasay and Batangas-Mindoro. Said survey will be undertaken between 14 October 2019 and 31 March 2020 on maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:
