1.  Reference: Letter from Mr Yoni Molly, Project Engineer, Manila South Harbor Capital Dredging Project, Dredging International NV Philippine Branch dated 23 October 2019.

2. Per reference, Dredging International Philippines requests extension for bed levelling works at Manila South Harbour by MTUG Energy Galaxy until 03 November 2019 on maritime areas bounded by the following coordinates:

LAT 14°33.03’N        LONG 120°56.23’E

LAT 14°32.95’N        LONG 120°56.32’E

LAT 14°34.28’N        LONG 120°57.44’E

LAT 14°34.35’N        LONG 120°57.34’E

LAT 14°34.81’N        LONG 120°57.80’E

LAT 14°35.02’N        LONG 120°57.60’E

3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting above mentioned areas on the said date are advised to take note of information and take precautionary measures at all times.

4.  The cooperation of all concerned in effecting the widest dissemination of this information is requested.
