Notice is hereby given to all mariners and other parties concerned that:
1. Reference: Letter from Commander, Coast Guard District National Capital Region-Central Luzon dated 02 October 2019.
2. Per above reference, the Station Commander of CGS Pasig will facilitate the conduct of Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) training. Part of the training is the conduct of rubber boat handling, capsizing and the one (1) mile survival swim on 12 October 2019 from breakwater to Wharf Headquarters, Philippine Coast Guard, Port Area Manila, bounded by the following coordinates:

1. Reference: Radio Message from Commander,Coast Guard District Western Visayas dated 31 August 2019.
2. ILOILO SOUTH CHANNEL BUOY #3color green with mark PPA #3located at vicinity waters Iloilo Strait or at Latitude 10˚37’06.77” Longitude 122˚31’17.93” was drifted at vicinity waters approximately 0.6 NM Brgy. Sapao, Dumangas, Iloilo, REPORTED NOT OPERATING.
3. In this connection, all ships/watercrafts transiting on above mentionedareasare advise to take note of information and take precautionary measures at all times.
4. The cooperation of all concerned in effecting widest dissemination of this information is requested.
