1. BRP San Juan (SARV-001) and BRP Nueva Vizcaya (SARV-3502) will continue the search and rescue operation for the missing fishermen.

2. Special Operations Group (SOG) divers will conduct diving operations to check possible fishermen that might have been trapped inside the fishing boat.

3. Coast Guard District National Capital Region (CGDNCR-CL) Commander, Rear Admiral Cecil Chen has directed all personnel from PCG stations in Cavite and Bataan area to check the fishing community of possible survivors or victims that might have been washed away in the area.

4. PCG Commandant, Vice Admiral Rodolfo Isorena has ordered a thorough investigation and make the culprit answer for the incident. The Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS) record two cargo vessels passed the area of the incident last Tuesday between 11 PM to 11:30 PM.

5. As of 10 AM, diving team was able to recover the body of Vincent Dela Cruz inside the sunken fishing boat.
