- Port of Cataingan, Masbate- 8

with a total of 191 stranded rolling cargoes, 10 stranded vessels and 3 stranded motor bancas
B. COAST GUARD DISTRICT SOUTHERN TAGALOG- 1,683 covering the ff ports of:
- Port of Batangas- 1,087
- Port of Mamburao- 35
- Port of Calapan- 461
- Port of Lucena- 100
with a total of 213 stranded rolling cargoes and 16 stranded vessels and 6 stranded motor bancas
C. COAST GUARD DISTRICT EASTERN VISAYAS- 1,537 covering the ff ports of:
- Port of Catbalogan, Eastern Samar- 1,516
- Port of Maasin, Leyte- 21
with a total of 214 stranded rolling cargoes, 3 vessels, and 4 motorbancas
D. COAST GUARD DISTRICT NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION-CENTRAL LUZON- 115 covering the ff port of:
- North Harbor with a total of 4 stranded vessels namely MV ST AUGUSTINE OF HIPPO, MV ST LEO THE GREAT, MV ST MICHEAL THE ARCHANGEL and MV PRINCESS OF THE SOUTH
- Subic Bay Anchorage Area with 1 stranded vessel namely MV STEPHEN V
