PCG: As of 8PM today, approximately 4,937  passengers, 406 rolling cargoes, 33 vessels and 20 motor bancas are stranded due to Tropical Storm Glenda.

1. NCR-CENTRAL LUZON- 740 covering the ff ports of:
 
Manila- North Harbor with a total of 4 stranded vessels namely MV ST AUGUSTINE OF HIPPO, MV ST LEO THE GREAT, MV ST MICHEAL THE ARCHANGEL and MV PRINCESS OF THE SOUTH
Bataan- Port of Lamao, Bataan with 1 stranded vessel namely MT SAUSALITO
Laguna- with 7 stranded motor bancas
 
2. BICOL- 2,054 covering the ff areas of:
Albay- 99
Sorsogon- 1,886
Masbate- 41
Camarines Sur- 28
with a total of 195 stranded rolling cargoes, 11 stranded vessels and 3 stranded motorbancas

3. PALAWAN- 87
Cuyo- 87
with a total of one stranded vessel and 4 stranded motorbancas

 
4. SOUTHERN TAGALOG- 2,056 covering the ff areas of:
Batangas- 1,439
Mamburao- 19
Calapan- 475
Lucena- 115
Romblon-8
with a total of 211 stranded rolling cargoes and 16 stranded vessels and 6 stranded motor banca
