Members of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) 110th Squadron continue to support the PCG's COVID-19 response efforts by augmenting the replenishment of food provisions and medical supplies amid the ongoing pandemic.

On 28 May 2021, the Task Force Malasakit of the PCGA 110th Squadron donated sacks of rice, digital thermometers, and disposable face masks to the PCG Sub-Station Hospicio de San Jose, PCG Sub-Station CCP, and PCG Sub-Station South Harbor.

For PCG Commandant, Admiral George V Ursabia Jr, PCGA members are not mere volunteers, but missionaries of this generation.

"Our PCGA members are missionaries in a sense that being part of the PCG is a calling. They are called by God Almighty to help and serve others, especially those who are in need," Admiral Ursabia expressed.

Since March 2020, the PCGA has been proactively offering their time, talent, and treasures to help the PCG in providing public service anchored on patriotism, compassion, and fear of God.
