The Inter-Agency Council for Traffic (I-ACT) extends its commendation to SN2 Julius Gibran Abundol III of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in acknowledgement of his public service and exemplary courage in the face of danger.

SN2 Abundol’s sense of duty in restoring and promoting the safety and security of the riding public has brought honor to the I-ACT task force, encapsulating the core values for which it stands and supports the mission vested by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade.

“The security and safety of our commuters are of utmost importance. We, at the DOTr, are not only tasked to provide the public with convenience in their everyday commute. We also want to ensure their safety and security at the stations and while onboard passenger vehicles, in coordination with concerned law enforcement agencies,” Secretary Tugade said.
