The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), commonly known as the Pag-IBIG Fund, has recognized the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) as the TOP GOVERNMENT EMPLOYER in the National Capital Region (NCR) - Southwest Group during the Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF) Virtual Stakeholder's Accomplishment Report for the Year 2020 on 04 June 2021.

The HMDF regularly conducts Stakeholder's Accomplishment Report in five major regions in the Philippines to recognize top developers and employers for their significant contributions to the continued growth of the Pag-IBIG Fund, making social welfare benefits more accessible to Filipino workers.

The PCG received same recognition for the Year 2019.

During the activity held via virtual modality, the HDMF also encouraged its members to maximize the utilization of their online services, as well as the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card that may be availed to enjoy discounts and rewards from partner establishments.
