In his speech, CG Vice Admiral Laroya lauded the outgoing commanders for their outstanding performances from their previous areas of responsibility.

Meanwhile, he reminded the incoming commanders to continue the projects being initiated, ensure proper enforcement of laws, and support PCG Auxiliary volunteers.

He also urged them to always serve the people with humility, dignity, and compassion.
