The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) Station Cavite has apprehended illegal fishermen using trawling gears onboard fishing banca, DEXWIN ACE at the vicinity waters off Carabao Island, Maragondon, Cavite yesterday, 20 October 2021.

The apprehended fishermen will face charges for violation of Municipal Ordinance 78 – 08 Section 4.3 due to illegal fishing using trawling gears.

Personnel of PCG Station Cavite escorted the motorbanca to the impounding area of the said municipality for proper documentation prior to filing legal charges.
