“To our newly appointed PCG-PMMA cadets, you are presented with a rare opportunity today to be a better version of yourself, become a leader of a noble institution, and be of service to the nation: Do not waste it. The skills and knowledge you will gain from the PMMA will be your foundation and guide as you perform your duties and responsibilities as Coast Guard officers,” ani PCG Deputy Commandant for Administration.

“I am confident the PMMA will help develop not just your knowledge and skills, but also your mindset and character. In four years, you should be ready to take that responsibility of serving the country as Coast Guardians,” dagdag pa ni CG Vice Admiral Endona.
