The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has welcomed 19 scholars of the PCG – PMMA Cadetship Program into the Coast Guard service as they formally took oath as commissioned officers with the rank of ‘Ensign’ at the PCG Regional Training Center in Bagac, Bataan yesterday, 28 December 2021.

PCG Deputy Commandant for Administration, CG Vice Admiral Oscar C Endona Jr presided over the oath-taking ceremony through a virtual conference.
