The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) seized approximately Php 230,000 worth of smuggled cigarettes at Dapitan Port in Zamboanga Del Norte yesterday, 09 November 2022.

The PCG team discovered the contraband inside several luggage and boxes onboard a provincial bus bound for Dumaguete.

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) - Dipolog took over the smuggled cigarettes for investigation and proper disposition.
