The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and Ayala Corporation inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to implement SALUDO SA SERBISYO PROGRAM at the National Headquarters, Port Area, Manila, today, 02 February 2023.

Ayala Corporation Chairman Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala led the delegation.

The said program offers the following benefits to PCG uniformed personnel and civilian employees, both active and retired, including their spouses:

1. Financial Education Program through Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Foundation, Inc.;

2. Employment Program for Retired PCG Personnel through Ayala Property Management Corporation;

3. Health and Wellness Program through Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. and Makati Development Corporation;

4. Housing Assistance Program through Ayala Land, Inc.;

5. Livelihood Program for Unemployed Dependents through BPI Foundation, Inc., Ayala Malls, Inc., Globe Telecom, and Ayala Multi-Purpose Cooperative;

6. Special Discounts on cars and big bikes through AC Motors;

7. Special Home and Car Loan Package through BPI; and

8. Other products and services the Ayala Group may grant to the PCG.

PCG Commandant, CG Admiral Artemio M Abu,Β  Ayala Corporation's Public Affairs Group Head, Mr. Jose Rene Gregory Almendras, and Corporate Governance Group Head and Chief Legal Officer Attorney Solomon Hermosura graced the signing ceremony.

PCG Deputy Commandant for Operations, CG Vice Admiral Rolando Lizor Punzalan Jr, PCG Deputy Commandant for Administration Rear Admiral Ronnie Gil Gavan, and Ayala Corporation's Security Crisis Management Unit Head and retired Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) General Emmanuel Bautista also witnessed the activity.Β 

After the MOU signing, the PCG toured Ayala Corporation's delegation on board its newest vessel, the BRP Melchora Aquino (MRRV-9702).
