"Our initial assessment is that the Philippine Coast Guard has organized and has done an amazing job — very similar to how we are doing in the U.S... for what we have observed... here [it has] been a phenomenal job of formation and action taken," ani Commander Crecy.

"That was very impressive to us. [You have] done many actions to incorporate the citizens and show much ingenuity... the cooperation between all... seems to be working very well," pahayag pa niya.

"We are in coordination with the U.S. Navy Supervisor of Salvage who is currently readying their equipment and technical experts on the salvage portion," dagdag pa ni Commander Crecy.

Bahagi sa pagpupulong na ito sila PCG Deputy Commandant for Operations, CG Vice Admiral Rolando Lizor Punzalan Jr; Incident Management Team in Oriental Mindoro Commander, CG Commodore Geronimo Tuvilla; at Oriental Mindoro Governor Humerlito "Bonz' Dolor.
