Twelve Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) officers and 76 other public servants from different uniformed services finished the Strategic Civil-Military Operations Officer’s Online Course (SCMOOOC) at Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo in Quezon City on 15 June 2023.

The 12-week course offered by the Armed Forces of the Philippines Civil Military Operations School (AFPCMOS) equipped the graduates, referred to as 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐈𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐒, with effective communication plans and strategies for various operations.

Former Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita and AFP Chief of Staff General Andres Centino graced the graduation ceremony.
